  • Todd Hadley, often referred to as Dadley, is my dad and I grew up with him cooking every night and more often than not, outdoing any restaurant we would ever visit. Still to this day, at 26 years old those are some of my favorite meals hands down.(I still go over once a week to indulge ) Also his company ain’t half bad either. I am bias but that aside, he’s a damn good chef.

  • Every thing chef Hadley makes is absolutely incredible. Not only is his food some of the best I’ve had, his energy and presence is the best too. He’ll make you feel like he’s one of your friends or family cooking for you and your kids will love him too! You’ll want to get everything off his menu! I wish I could have his corn salsa and his shrimp tacos every day.
