Meet your chef, Todd Hadley

Food is all about family and one of the most sacred acts of loving is to prepare a meal for one.
— Chef Hadley

Todd and his wife, Karon, have lived in Charleston for nearly 25 years, and you can often find them on the beaches, wandering its gardens, or laughing with friends at their favorite restaurants. They have been married for over 33 years and have 4 adult children living in Charleston, SC and Brooklyn, NY.

Todd’s momma was a maker of homemade breads, biscuits and just about everything you can imagine that could be homemade. It’s no surprise that Todd would carry this home-grown culinary love and expertise on after his mother. You’d often find Todd serving up southern dishes for his children and having their friends over quite often to join the feast. Now that his children are adults, he found the itch to cook for folks was still there.

After working alongside some fantastic chefs in the Charleston area, he was encouraged by his mentor, Chef Emily, one of the premiere personal chefs in Charleston, to launch out and offer his services to others as a personal chef.

You’ll often find his wife, Karon, as his sous-chef and one of his daughters serving you at the table. So the family feel is still there. They are fun-loving people with a real flare for the culinary.
