Chef Hadley can do it all! From an intimate family style dinner to an event with 50 women, outside in the wind with a grill. He comes well prepared, thinks through every detail from the menu to plating and serving, he and his wife Karon are an amazing team. Highly recommend the service and trust me, it helps create beautiful, delicious memories.

Todd Hadley, often referred to as Dadley, is my dad and I grew up with him cooking every night and more often than not, outdoing any restaurant we would ever visit. Still to this day, at 26 years old those are some of my favorite meals hands down.(I still go over once a week to indulge ) Also his company ain’t half bad either. I am bias but that aside, he’s a damn good chef.

Amazing presentation and food. We have used Chef Hadley in the past and he never disappoints. This time it was a graduation party for musicians from the College of Charleston. They ate the dessert first!! They then feasted on the local shrimp, bbq and assortment of other delightful treats. I would never hesitate to use Chef Hadley and would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful Chef.

Every thing chef Hadley makes is absolutely incredible. Not only is his food some of the best I’ve had, his energy and presence is the best too. He’ll make you feel like he’s one of your friends or family cooking for you and your kids will love him too! You’ll want to get everything off his menu! I wish I could have his corn salsa and his shrimp tacos every day.

We had Chef Todd cook us a beautiful dinner for my best friend’s bachelorette on Kiawah Island. From the starters all the way to dessert, we were so impressed! Everything was so delicious and clearly cooked with love - the short rib and chocolatey toll house pie are a must! To top it off, Chef Todd and his wife Karon are wonderful people - they made the experience more enjoyable than we could have imagined. If you’re looking for a great chef whose personality matches his cooking, Chef Todd is your guy! It was the perfect addition to our last night on the bachelorette - a nice hands off dinner to end the trip. Definitely recommend if you’re vacationing or just looking to host a special night/ event in the area!
